I’ve had mixed experiences at Tropical Wave Vape Store. During some visits when aqtar is working the store hasn’t felt as clean or organized as I would hope, and prices occasionally seemed higher than expected and dressed unprofessional.That said, there are positive aspects: staff members like Sid are consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful. When Sid is working, the store feels welcoming and well-run.I’d love to see the entire team adopt the same level of professionalism and customer focus. With more consistent cleanliness, pricing transparency, and customer service, this could easily become my go-to shop.
The service at Tropical Wave Vape Store is embarrassing when dealing with Aqtar. He shows up looking sloppy in flip-flops, keeps the store dirty, overcharges customers, and carries a terrible attitude. It feels like he doesn’t care about the store or the people walking in.On the other hand, Sid is the complete opposite — always professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. If this store had more people like Sid and less like Aqtar, it would actually be worth recommending.
